Tijana Kotić

As Chair of the Board, Tijana Kotić leads the strategic development and long-term vision of the AC Foundation. Growing up with the values that have built the AutoČačak system for more than three decades, Tijana is committed to turning the system's business success into lasting opportunities for the wider community. Her work at the foundation rests on a deep conviction that the privilege of creating also carries a responsibility: to invest part of the value created in knowledge, health, and the empowerment of new generations. With a focus on transparency, integrity, and continuity, Tijana directs the Foundation toward projects that do more than offer immediate help. They create a long-term and sustainable impact on society.
